Looks like a new movie directed by the one and only Quentin Tarantino will be out in the cinemas towards the end of the year in the US (August 21, 2009 apparently).
His ideas have always been pretty graphical to me. At times, borderlining someone who is psychotic or just someone who has an extremely wild imagination (hopefully the latter). For instance the Death Proof car crash scene, which I must admit was a pretty cool way of doing it, I guess that’s what makes good cinema.
Inglorious Basterds follows two storylines, one of Jewish soldiers who engage in targeted acts of retribution against the Nazi’s. The other of a young woman who witnesses the execution of her family and flees to Paris. Cast includes Brad Pitt, BJ Novak (From The Office US), Mike Myers and apparently Samuel L. Jackson is narrating.
